Ming-Tzu, a male walrus sapiens, is a shopkeeper in the Pedestrian District of the Hillys City.

Ming-Tzu's Shop is just off Fountain Square. He charges premium prices, but his stock is unique and of high quality, including pearls, animal and pearl detectors, and an upgrade for Jade's super attack.
In addition, he also provides the IRIS publication to Hillys. The subscription is free for IRIS members.

He keeps a pet Koi in a tank, the only encountered specimen in the game.
