Babukar is a Rhino Humanoid, one of the Mammago Brothers. He can be usually seen repairing the engines outside the Mammago Garage. He dresses with red overalls and special safety glasses. His tic is scratch his bottom.
He is a supporter of the IRIS Network. Once the Slaughterhouses report is released, he leaves the garage and joins the protests against the Alpha Sections in the Hillys City. Is in this scenario where occurs a very peculiar glitch: while Babukar appear in Mammago Garage his height is considerably higher than Jade's but when he show up in the Pedestrian District he's shrunken substantially.
